POLICIES

  • Each suite at The Buckingham Inn is furnished with one king or one queen bed. Rates apply to single or double occupancy.
  • Maximum 2 guests per room.
  • The Buckingham Inn welcomes guests aged 16 and older. Must be 21 or older to check-in.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The Buckingham Inn is a smoke-free property, both inside the inn and on the exterior of the property.
  • A $200 charge is assessed if excessive cleaning is necessary.
  • The Buckingham Inn is open for check-in from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. If you are arriving outside of this check-in time, please contact the innkeepers to make check-in arrangements.
  • Check-out time is 11 a.m.
  • If you have specific dietary needs or requests, please inform the innkeepers at time of booking or prior to your date of check-in.
  • 2-night minimum stay is required for peak weekends and special events such as University of Wisconsin home football weekends.
  • A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required at time of booking. The remaining amount of the reservation will be charged at check-in. For special event dates, a two-night deposit is required at time of booking.
  • Special event dates in 2018:  May 9, 10, 11, 12. Aug. 2, 3, 4, 26, 27, 28, 29, 31. Sept. 1, 2, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, Oct. 5, 6, 19, 20. Nov. 2, 3, 23, 24.
  • Acceptable forms of payment include credit card or cash. Accepted credit cards are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.
  • Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival - full refund, no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations less than 14 days but more than 7 days prior to arrival - 50% refund of the total deposit.
  • Cancellations or changes within 7 days of arrival - full amount of the reservation is charged.
  • Guest information is collected for the purpose of processing your reservation. This information is kept confidential and is not shared.
