POLICIES

  • Each suite at The Buckingham Inn is furnished with one king or one queen bed. Rates apply to single or double occupancy.
  • Maximum 2 guests per room.
  • The Buckingham Inn welcomes guests aged 16 and older. Must be 21 or older to check-in.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • The Buckingham Inn is a smoke-free property, both inside the inn and on the exterior of the property.
  • A $200 charge is assessed if excessive cleaning is necessary.
  • The Buckingham Inn is open for check-in from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. If you are arriving outside of this check-in time, please contact the innkeepers to make check-in arrangements.
  • Check-out time is 11 a.m.
  • If you have specific dietary needs or requests, please inform the innkeepers at time of booking or prior to your date of check-in.
  • 2-night minimum stay is required for special events such as University of Wisconsin home football weekends.
  • A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required at time of booking. The remaining amount of the reservation will be charged at check-in. For special event dates, a two-night deposit is required at time of booking.
  • Special event dates in 2017:  Sept. 29, 30. Oct. 13, 14, 20, 21. Nov. 10, 11, 17, 18.
  • Special event dates in 2018:  Aug. 2, 3, 4, 26, 27, 28, 29, 31. Sept. 1, 7, 8, 9, 14, 15, Oct. 5, 6, 19, 20. Nov. 2, 3, 23, 24.
  • Acceptable forms of payment include credit card or cash. Accepted credit cards are VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.
  • Cancellations more than 14 days prior to arrival - full refund, no cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations less than 14 days but more than 72 hours prior to arrival - 50% refund of the total deposit.
  • Cancellations or changes within 72 hours of arrival - full amount of the reservation is charged.
  • Guest information is collected for the purpose of processing your reservation. This information is kept confidential and is not shared.
